Web Hosting Policies

Springnet1, Inc. rents web space to its clients for personal and business web pages on a month to month basis. Springnet1 expects its customers to use good judgment in what is posted on the web pages hosted by Springnet1.

Springnet1, Inc. reserves the right to remove any web pages from its server which in Springnet1's sole discretion are offensive or are in violation of any local, state or federal law or regulation. By reserving the right to remove web pages, Springnet1 is not accepting responsibility for the content of web pages on its server. Each party renting web space on Springnet1's server(s) is responsible for the content of his/her web pages. Questions regarding what is appropriate for web pages should be directed to the Neal E. Miller.

Web Hosting Clients are responsible for maintaining a duplicate copy of the data files which make up the client's web site. Springnet1's entire liability and a Web Hosting Client's exclusive remedy with respect to use of EOS's web server(s) is limited to solely the amount paid by the Web Hosting Client for the web hosting service.

Springnet1 handles cancellation of web page services in accordance with EOS's cancellation policy.

In consideration of the services provided by Springnet1, each Springnet1 Web Hosting Client irrevocably agrees that, subject to EOS's sole and absolute discretion, all suits, actions or other proceedings in any way, manner or respect arising out of or from or related to the Service shall be subject to litigation in court having situs in Springfield, Illinois; and Springnet1 subscriber hereby waives trial by jury and consent and submits to the jurisdiction of any local, state, or Federal court located in Sangamon County, Illinois, and hereby waives any rights such Springnet1 subscriber may have to transfer or change the venue of any suit, action or proceeding arising in connection with the Service.

Springnet1 reserves the right to change its above said policy without notice.
