Cancellation Policy

Springnet1, Inc. provides internet access and internet services.

Any subscriber may terminate his/her month-to-month Springnet1 service upon proper notification to Springnet1, Inc. Proper notification consists of:
1.Written correspondence mailed or delivered to Springnet1, Inc., 6900 Preston Dr., Springfield,
IL 62711. The correspondence should be signed by the Springnet1 subscriber.
2.An e-mail message addressed to
nmiller@springnet1.com. To verify the cancellation, the e-mail
message must contain the user id and password of the account being cancelled.
3.The Springnet1 subscriber can personally visit Springnet1, Inc.'s office at 6900 Preston Dr.,
Springfield, IL 62711 to execute the cancellation form.

To terminate contracted services, please review the terms of the agreement.

Springnet1 terminates accounts on the date requested by the customer or the day prior to the next billing date provided the account is paid in full. Refunds greater than $20.00 will be mailed to the customer by the end of the month following the date Springnet1 terminates an account.
